The voice is a powerful tool in the arsenal of the magical practitioner. It is a manifestation and communicator not only of our true will but of our unique identity: our voice is an integral part of who we are and arises from our thoughts, feelings, and desires. From there it can be utilized by our intellect to effect change in ourselves, others, and our world – the more aware you are of your voice, the better able you will be to communicate those thoughts, feelings and desires, and to affect these changes.
This workshop will explore the physical nature of the voice and how it is produced, and introduce you to ways in which you can connect your voice in a powerful and intentional way. You will explore and develop an awareness of your own voice, and the power of group voice through breath, sound, words (magical or otherwise!), and song.

So You Think You Can’t Dance
by Pip Stoneham
Ritual dancing is not about your incredible, breath-taking performance (in fact, all the other participants will be concentrating too much on their own experience to notice your backflip). It doesn’t matter if you have no muscle tone and little flexability. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never taken a dance class in your life. It’s about using your body to connect with the experience- whether it is the re-enactment of a myth, becoming the elements, expressing an emotion, or exploring a theme.
Pip will take you through a basic pagan-themed warm up to get you in the mood, show you how to connect to different rhythms and the energy flows within them, teach you a fun basic elemental dance, then help you find the confidence to express yourself through your own movements.
